1. Data controller

2. What personal data I process

I process only the data you provide yourself when you contact me by e-mail or through another communication channel. In particular:

• first name and surname
• e-mail address
• telephone number (if you provide it)
• the content of your message

3. Purpose and legal basis

I process personal data in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to conclude a contract for services. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

4. Retention period

I keep personal data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry or, if a contract is concluded, for the duration of the contractual relationship and for 3 years after it ends because of possible complaints or legal claims. Accounting and tax documents are kept for the period required by the relevant legislation (usually 10 years).

5. Recipients of personal data

I do not pass personal data to third parties for marketing purposes and I do not sell it. Only providers of technical services (for example e-mail hosting) may have access to it, exclusively to the extent necessary to provide those services.

6. Cookies and tracking tools

I run optional Google Analytics 4 analytics and Google Ads or Sklik conversion measurement (including loading Google Tag Manager, which manages the tags) only according to your choice and only if these services are configured on the website. I measure page views and events such as a click on the contact option or successful acceptance of the form by the sending service. I do not send your name, e-mail, telephone number or message content in measurement events. I store your measurement choice, your preferred price currency and the time the form was last sent in your browser’s local storage. You can change the setting using the link in the footer. Your enquiry is passed to the EmailJS service, which sends the e-mail and any confirmation of receipt; if you arrive from a campaign, I attach its usual UTM tags to the message. If reCAPTCHA protection is active, the verification is provided by Google and its privacy policy may apply to it.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your personal data
• rectification of inaccurate data
• erasure of personal data (“right to be forgotten”)
• restriction of processing
• data portability
• object to processing
• lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.cz)
